Data Deletion Instructions

Kyto (KAVE ADVISORS LLC and KAVE ADVISORS SAS) respects your right to request deletion of your personal data. You can make a request from anywhere, free of charge, and no account or login is required.
How to request deletion
Email info@kyto.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," and include:
- Your name
- The email address and/or phone number associated with your data
- If your request relates to a WhatsApp conversation, the name of the business you were messaging with
We will acknowledge your request, verify your identity where appropriate, and confirm completion. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
What happens to your data
Data Kyto controls
For data we collect for our own purposes (website visitors, leads, and Academy members), we delete your personal data directly, subject to any retention required by law (for example, tax records).
Data Kyto processes for a business client
When you interact over WhatsApp with a business that uses Kyto, that business is the data controller and we process your data only on its instructions. We cannot delete this data on our own, so we will promptly forward your request to the responsible business and assist them in fulfilling it. You may also contact that business directly.
