The story

Context

Every beauty order required 8 minutes of manual data replication across three isolated systems. Scaling up meant either burning out the customer support team or hiring faster than margins allowed.

The problem

Every e-commerce order required manual friction: copying customer details from Clientify CRM, generating an invoice in Siigo (orders have up to 30 SKUs), and then logging into Melonn 3PL to create the shipping label. Each order took 8 minutes. The process only scaled by continuously adding staff.

What we built

A bespoke, custom-code integration linking Clientify, Siigo, and Melonn. When an opportunity is marked as won in Clientify, our custom service automatically generates the customer profile, registers the invoice in Siigo, and secures the shipping guide with Melonn. Standard exceptions—including invalid address formats, incomplete customer profiles, or payment receipt mismatches—are automatically flagged for immediate human review.
