The Problem
Leads that came in outside business hours—nights, weekends, and holidays—sat unanswered until the next workday. Real estate sales teams don't work nights, but high-intent buyers do. What We Built
An operational AI agent handling WhatsApp inquiries during off-hours for a major residential development in Medellín, Colombia. Beyond answering basic amenity questions, the agent calculates custom payment schedules on the fly and advises prospective buyers on Colombian government housing subsidies based on their salary. It qualifies high-intent leads and books showroom visits, syncing all data directly to HubSpot so sales reps have full context on each family's budget, size, and preferences before they arrive.
