The Problem
Every order required manual work: create the client in the billing system, generate the invoice (orders have up to 30 SKUs), then create the shipping guide with the 3PL. Each invoice took about 8 minutes. The process only scaled by adding people.
What We Built
An automation that connects the CRM, billing software, and logistics provider. When an opportunity reaches a specific stage in the CRM, the system generates the invoice and creates the shipping guide automatically. Exceptions flag for human review.
The bottleneck wasn't order volume—it was the ritual of copying data between CRM, billing, and logistics. Eliminate the ceremony, keep the oversight.
Results
The automation went live in June 2025. Before that, the team was processing orders manually at ~8 minutes each. With 5x revenue growth and only 2 additional hires, productivity per person roughly tripled.
